These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made with RK Cars Crawley, whether by phone, WhatsApp, email or through our website. By making a booking you agree to these terms.
1. Bookings
- Bookings can be made 24/7 by phone on 07427 012662, by WhatsApp, or online. A booking is confirmed once we have accepted it and sent or given you confirmation.
- Please give accurate details, including the full pickup and drop-off addresses, passenger numbers, luggage, and whether a wheelchair accessible vehicle is needed.
- For airport pickups, please give your flight number so we can track arrival times.
2. Fares
- Fares are quoted by phone or WhatsApp before you travel, and the agreed price is confirmed when you book.
- Airport parking and drop-off charges, tolls, congestion charges and extra waiting time may be added, and will be explained to you.
- Changes to the journey made during travel (extra stops or a changed destination) may change the fare.
3. Waiting time
A reasonable waiting time is included. For airport pickups, waiting starts after a reasonable period from the time your flight lands. Extra waiting may be charged.
4. Cancellations
Please cancel as early as possible. We may charge for late cancellations or no-shows if the vehicle has already been dispatched.
5. Passenger conduct
- Seat belts must be worn, as required by law. Wheelchairs will be secured using the vehicle’s restraint system.
- Smoking, vaping and abusive behaviour are not allowed. Drivers may refuse to carry passengers who are abusive or unsafe.
- A cleaning charge may apply if a vehicle is soiled.
- Children must use a suitable child seat where required. Please ask for one when you book.
6. Luggage and lost property
Luggage is carried at the passenger’s own risk. Please check you have all your belongings. Lost property will be held for a reasonable period. Contact us on 07427 012662.
7. Liability
We will always do our best to arrive on time, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures or other events outside our control. We recommend allowing plenty of time for flights and important appointments.
8. Complaints

9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
