• Accessibility information: whether a passenger uses a wheelchair or mobility aid, so that we can send a suitable vehicle. We only collect this with your consent and use it only to provide your journey.
• Payment information: where online payment is offered, it is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card details.

3. How we use your information

• To take, confirm and carry out your bookings, and to contact you about them.
• To calculate fares and route journeys, including through Google Maps services.
• To respond to enquiries, complaints and lost property requests.
• To meet our legal obligations, including our licensing, insurance and accounting requirements.

4. Legal basis

We process your data to perform a contract with you (your booking), to meet our legal obligations, for our legitimate interests in running a safe and efficient taxi service, and with your consent where required, for example for accessibility information and non-essential cookies.

We only share your information with our drivers (to complete your journey), trusted service providers who help us run our business (such as website hosting, email, mapping and payment providers), and authorities where the law requires it. We never sell your personal data.

6. How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for up to 6 years to meet accounting and licensing requirements. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
